In this episode, I am leaning into the tools of NLP, subconscious reprogramming, and understanding the power of your thoughts, what if you thought of thoughts as clouds instead of plants? Clouds move, they come in and go, they never stay and they don’t anchor in place. Plants take up space, they grow roots, get stronger, take water, and nourishment, and gain life, and will eventually take over if you don’t take care of them. In today’s episode, we discuss: 1) Let’s back it up and look at what a belief is. A belief is simply a thought that you continue to have. We have 60-80K thoughts a day, 80-90% are a repeat from the day before and 90% of those thoughts are negative.
2) Don’t let your thoughts stay long, see them, don’t resist them, don’t judge them, and wave them on through. Focus on the thoughts you do want, the ones that move you forward to where you want to go. Literally, change the thought at the moment that speaks to what you do want and anchor in that belief.
