The pressure of filling your summer calendar with endless trips, camps, and all sorts of plans can be A LOT. As we head into summer, we're talking about our different approach this time around - less f*cks given to what others are doing, less pressure to plan vacations, but more effort made to actually slow down! Although we may not be able to shut off completely with work,we all know how impactful a slow and peaceful morning can be, so why not re-evaluate our busy schedules? We can in fact find a way to incorporate time to enjoy the warm weather during the week days too, to just relax and enjoy our families company in our backyard rather than in a pool in Greece (although that would be nice, too lol)
