In this episode, let’s talk about the thoughts you are feeding into your mind because your thoughts create your beliefs and experiences. You have positive thoughts and you have negative ones too. We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary.
In today’s episode, we discuss: 1) What if you realize that your negative thoughts are not your thoughts, they come from other people, from other situations and circumstances, and from our interpretation of what we have made something mean, and all of it was done during our most formative years before the age of eight years old.
2) Remember the game of telephone and how the story changes as it makes its way back to you? Probably not, I just dated myself. I shared this example and the fact that your subconscious mind is like a computer hard drive that is constantly scanning for proof and examples of whatever thoughts you are thinking. Remember that your subconscious mind is trying to protect you and keep you safe, it is its #1 job.
