In today’s episode, I share a little about my recent identity crisis. I recently got a new job and I am currently upleveling into this new role. Which is exciting and exhausting. I've spent most of my time on the couch or in bed recovering from it. While I’ve been upleveling I experienced an amazing meditation led by Lindsey Simcek of Almost 30 as part of their podcast accelerator program. During this meditation, I was able to separate my identity from this podcast and I saw it as its own energy. Additionally, I was able to meet so many of my core needs in my job that I realized I didn’t need to keep chasing fame as a way to get my needs met. It was in a free-fall after these two big realizations and I share about the void that was created and what came after it in this episode. Have you experienced something similar????
