In this episode I had the chance to sit down with director Shern Sharma and talk about his journey from studying business and law to storytelling in commercials and feature films.

He told me how important luck was on his journey from shooting small projects up to filming a feature film RUIN about Sam Bankman Fried for Bloomberg. We talked about how he approached such a big project, how much the personal values of the director should be part of a project, what he wanted people to take away from it and his learnings from working on his first feature film. At the end we also touched on Sherns view on AI and why he thinks it’s going to disrupt the industry way earlier than some might think.
