In this episode, Dean and Deryk discuss the evolution of their Canadian Perfect Loan Process, originally introduced two years ago, which has now transformed into version 2.0, for a far more comprehensive training for Canadian Mortgage Agents.

Built on Tim Braheem's American coaching framework, they adapted it significantly for Canadian regulatory bodies including BCFSA, RECA, and FSRA, while now also smartly integrating AI. The result is a full nine-module CPLP system, and a lighter five-module version for solo brokers.
