In this episode, we are speaking with Content Creator, Chance Burles. Chance grew up all over southern Alberta Canada. Wanting to be in the military from a young age, he served in the Canadian Forces for 8 years including an 8-month tour in Afghanistan. Upon release from the military, he struggled with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Over a decade later he is a veteran advocate, Podcaster, Jiujitsu enthusiast, a husband to an amazing woman, and father of two awesome boys. In this episode, we discuss:

1) After Chance got out of the military, he struggled with PTSD, MDD, and chronic pain while acclimatizing to being a new parent to my 5-month-old son and transitioning into a Veteran life.
