On Tuesday, I shared an interview with Lauren Collins from the PMS Made Peaceful show. Lauren and I have so much in common and have similar stories with main commonality of anxiety.
Today, I think it would be a great follow up for you to hear my menstrual cycle testimony. We all have hormones and for those of us that struggle with anxiety, these chemical messengers have been screaming at us since we have gotten our cycles and we aren’t and haven’t been listening ( myself included)!
BUT since realizing ALL these emotions, stress, irritability, overwhelm have been manifestations of anxiety has been so helpful in how to holistically heal. SO to manage my menstrual anxiety, I have taken simple wellness action steps and I want to share them with you.
