We're bringing it back from the Don't Cut Your Own Bangs archive - Ep. 12 with Jen Edds. Since we're focusing on values this week, I thought it’d be the perfect time to feature a friend of the podcast who embodies quality, character, and lives in alignment with their values. Jen is driven to help other podcasters succeed. I remember every time I got scared to press record 🎤 or how to work with new software, she'd always bring me back to 👇🏻 ✅”Why are you doing a podcast?" ✅”Why is this important to you?" ✅”That's what matters and the rest will work itself out." When I would get caught up in the trappings of a clever idea or new element I wanted to add to the show, she'd gently ask, "How will this add value to your listener? Is this something they're going to care about?" She takes the art of communication seriously, without taking herself too seriously.
