Mercury Retrograde begins this coming Friday but fear not - Mercury Retrograde is nothing to be scared of! It happens three to four times a year and according to astrologer, Erin Sullivan, Mercury retrogrades with the same proportion that human beings need to sleep.

Based on this, we can liken Mercury Retrograde to be a time when we are invited to sort of take a nap and move slowly. Since Mercury's taking a little bit of a rest, we can ask ourselves, 'where can I take a rest?'
