The CDL truck driver shortage has plagued the Trucking Industry for years. Midsize to large carriers will pay top dollar for resourceful recruiters/head hunters to find them qualified drivers. Ashley Thomas honed in on her gift for recruiting early with the ability to find drivers in sometimes less than 24 hours to work with her first trucking company on the oil field. When one of the carriers she leased on to noticed this skill, they hired her on as a recruiter. This is where Ashley got her start in the recruiting nitche . She would then start her own company Supreme Driver Recruiting, a driver recruiting agency that connects drivers with contracted carriers, such as Dollar General. Over the past 3 years, They have since built an impressive pool of drivers, and have become a go to for top carriers in the DFW’s, hiring needs.
