Currently, Kim is the Canadian country manager for The NPD Group. As a global research company, The NPD Group partners with many retailers you shop at and most of the brands you buy, combining data, industry expertise, and prescriptive analytics to help them grow their businesses. Kim is privileged with the opportunity to coach, motivate and inspire the Canadian NPD office.

Kim is a self-proclaimed CIO (chief inspiration officer) who has been blessed with fellow leaders that truly believed in her throughout her career and companies who invested in her providing opportunities to gain experience and perspectives across North America.  She is a recovering workaholic who has learned the value of living life both intentionally and authentically. Always embracing change, Kim recognizes the importance of being uncomfortable to make your comfort that much better. Her approach to lifelong learning transcends her personal and professional networks. Kim has been described as an inspirational leader who thrives by enabling others to believe in themselves. There is no shortage of positive energy and Kim’s enthusiastic style is very contagious to all she connects with.  Kim’s leadership style is anchored in empowering her people to drive organizational excellence. She is truly a growth agent helping others maximize their potential to live their best lives!

When she’s not sporting her yoga pants & business top, Kim is a proud mom of two teenagers and two fur babies. She married her high school sweetheart, Brad. As a family they can be found on the golf course, on the lake or battling over whose turn it is on the peloton.
