One rider, many different types of adventure.  Lee Craigie has been an elite mountain bike racer who represented Great Britain in the World and European Championships, and Scotland at the Commonwealth games. 

She started social enterprise type projects such as Cycle Therapy and more recently The Adventure Syndicate.  She's the Active Nation Commissioner for Scotland 

But her first love is as a wilderness trail rider tackling the Silk Road Race and setting a female record on the Highland Trail 550.  Many different types of adventure, and Lee takes us through them all.  She was self-isolating when we recorded this but is fine now.
