Kirk Jenkins is a surfer, carer and artist who’s life is perpetually enmeshed in the creative zone with those he draws inspiration. Kirk regards his personal achievements as making it to 18 years of age! Kirk follows his heart in all that he does and this was epitomised when he moved to the USA alone in order to pursue a career in acting. Speaking of which, he has starred in Australian Film, Newcastle, TV work in both Australia and the USA. Kirk surfs when it calls him and he has been know to surf the infamous Shark island in Cronulla on a mini Simmons, which, for those that don’t know is a very short, fat, square and wide twin fin…wow.
In this week's episode, Kirk is with me from his apartment in Cronulla, the town he is born and raised, to share his journey, experiences, challenges and hopes for the future.
