1)  The fear of starting is a very common feeling, and then we make our worries about starting way bigger, and we feed the fear.  We either feed the fear/doubts or feed our faith, we decide what we choose to feed. 2)  New situations and new experiences create a ton of unknowns, which also feed our fear of failure and the unknown. When those fears arise we end up procrastinating, being in a space of freeze, fight, flight or fawn.  This is how we shift this energy to focus on what we are creating and feeding the trust and belief in ourselves.
