In this podcast, we'll be starting a new series on Growth: Subtle Changes for Radical Growth. This series will actually give you a sneak peek into our Truth to Table membership experience.

Part 1: All growth starts at baseline. It’s often the incremental growth that causes us to become who we want to be and who we are called to be. In this week’s class, we’ll be discussing subtle shifts for radical change.

“I Should” is based in shame and it doesn’t allow us to be in the process. It requires us to be perfect and causes discouragement. God does not hold us to the “I Should’s”, he is the ‘I Am” and “I will”. He operates in timing and seasons.
