73. How to catch your spiritual breath Part II: City People Learning the Wilderness Life.

In this episode we use Psalm 18 to help us reflect on spiritually we need to be to catch our breath. In the Psalm David talks about hiding is caves, wearing the right shoes and being lead to thin places. All of this can be really helpful for us when we are at the end of our rope and just need to find God.
