Janet Northrup is a RCMP officer who is apart of the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, she specializes in “Gang Exit” and helping our youth leave the world of crime and better their futures. We spoke about what it takes to get a kid out of the gang life, the dangers behind it and how she decided to become a cop at the age of 38. Janet has also competed in the World Police & Fire Games in Hockey.
