Grieving the death of loved ones is always difficult, but it presents the opportunity to learn more about life and ourselves. In this episode, I talk about my experiences with grief and three lessons grief has taught me in my own life. I also answer two listener questions. One question from a listener who wants to know if it’s normal for grief to cause a person to rethink many aspects of their life and a second question from a listener grieving the loss of a dog. In the second question, I also discuss the 7 stages of grief.
