In today’s episode, we get to enjoy some live processing with digital content creator and breathwork facilitator Antoine Bilodeau Bordeleau. We chat about how he processes past trauma and uses breathwork to let his body do the processing. Of course, we talk about attachment theory and he shares about how his healing journey began by healing his dismissive-avoidant attachment style. While we covered some heavy topics we kept it light and fun. And I love how he encourages us to get out of our heads and into our bodies. I had SO much fun chatting and learning from him.
