In this episode, I dive deep into the transformative journey of balancing masculine and feminine energies, particularly in building a successful business. Reflecting on my past experiences, I share how I spent much of my life operating solely in masculine energy—characterized by grit, tenacity, and a relentless push for results. While these traits are undeniably important, I realized that they often led me to cycles of burnout and disconnection from my true self.

I recount my recent experience as a keynote speaker at the High Vibe Summit, where I faced personal challenges just days before the event. Despite feeling overwhelmed, I was determined to connect with the 145 women in attendance through a group hypnosis session aimed at helping them step into their highest selves. This episode highlights the evolution of my speaking style—from a rigid, memorized approach to one that embraces flexibility and flow.

A pivotal moment occurred just before I took the stage. I drew a card that read "forgiveness." This card resonated deeply with me, prompting an emotional release that allowed me to connect authentically with the audience. I discuss how this experience taught me the importance of being present and open to the unexpected rather than clinging to a strict plan.

Throughout the episode, I explore the benefits and limitations of both masculine and feminine approaches. The masculine energy provides structure, clarity, and accountability, while the feminine energy fosters creativity, intuition, and connection. A successful business requires a harmonious blend of both energies, allowing growth and transformation.

I also share how embracing my feminine energy has led to significant personal and professional growth, including a remarkable increase in my business success. By letting go of the need for control and anchoring into trust, I have opened myself up to new opportunities and deeper connections with my audience.
