In this episode of The Real Build, I had the opportunity to talk about commercial construction with Coleman Jones.  Coleman Jones is Part Owner of Jones and Lamberti in Roseville, California.  Along with his partner, Coleman has built one of the top commercial construction companies in his area.

Colemon is from a small Northern California town and was raised through hard work; cleaning cars, hammering out dents, and painting vehicles, but he had a passion for more.  His path out of the small town was through a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from CSU Chico.

Coleman married his high school sweetheart a week after graduation. He moved to the Sacramento region, where he joined Rudolph and Sletten, Inc., one of California’s largest and most respected commercial contractors. Throughout his 11 years with R&S, Coleman managed several award-winning projects.

Fast forward more than a decade, they are raising two boys and being blessed with the opportunity to adopt their niece. Focused on family, faith, and hard work, he enjoys honing his ability to help people and organizations realize goals and needs.
