In this episode Caroline and Jack have the moment Daniel Khalife changed his plea to Guilty and admitted escaping from Wandsworth Prison strapped under a food delivery van.
He was cross examined in the witness box by the prosecutor Mark Heywood about the spying charges he still denies. He said he was a patriot and did not deserve to be sent to Belmarsh Prison.
He admitted he had made mistakes, and he had told lies but he wasn't a terrorist.
