In early 2020, Sam and Josh started having conversations with Investors about doing a Seed round. As initial conversations picked up, things changed drastically in the world.

Between March and July of 2020, the team focused on execution. As they generated traction, they sparked interest from many Investors, which eventually led them to raise a $12M Seed round in the fall.
