As we kick off this short Friday episode, I introduce a tool that I wish I had understood much earlier in my journey. The key takeaway? To truly create results in your life, you must first feel it before you see it.
I discuss the importance of cultivating a sense of safety within your body to hold the goals you desire. Many of my clients come in with big dreams, but when I ask them how it would feel if those dreams were realized today, they often express feelings of fear and unpreparedness. This reaction stems from the subconscious mind's primary job: to keep us safe. I emphasize that stepping outside of our comfort zones is essential for growth, but it can also trigger feelings of not feeling safe. In this episode, I share how dedicating just five minutes each morning and evening to visualize your goals as if they are already achieved. I encourage you to get specific about what you want and to immerse yourself in the feelings associated with that success. Instead of fixating on tangible outcomes, like a specific amount of money, I urge you to focus on the emotions those outcomes will evoke. By anchoring in gratitude and visualizing your goals, you can teach your body that it is safe to hold the success you desire.
