In this episode of the Real Build, I got to speak with Adam McCanna, who is part owner of Colorado Home Buyers.  Adam and I discussed many real estate topics, but our main focus was on how Adam and his partner are rebuilding communities in Denver, Colorado.

Adam started purchasing investment properties in 2013 when he decided that a high paying, award-winning sales management career in corporate America was not enough for him.

He wanted more. He wanted to pursue a career to help people and create a legacy for his wife and three sons. He wanted to create a business that fueled his passion for competition that he had missed since retiring from professional basketball in 2002. He found this in real estate!

Since 2013 he has started three successful real estate investment businesses in Portland, took him to Hawaii, and eventually settled in Denver.

He was able to find success in different markets with his proven investment strategies and systems that he is now ready to share with people looking to create their legacy through real estate investing.
