When Stage III, HER2+ breast cancer survivor Jennifer Wallace told me I need to stop working out, but start working in, the light bulb went off in my end! After a dramatic experience like a breast cancer diagnosis, we clammer to hold on to the tangible and control as much as we can. But what if we could start incorporating techniques that can ease our anxiety, teach us how to harness the power of our breath, and reduce our stress. Perhaps not illuminate our stress entirely, but empower us to say, "hey we got this! We can handle this!" Jennifer walks us though inner healing in today's Breast Cancer Conversation.
