He's baaaack! Just when it looked as though Jake Lewis was out of a ride and would spend the season sitting at home, he got the call from Steve Scheibe to come to Road America and ride the second Scheibe Racing BMW S 1000 RR in the opening two rounds of the 2020 MotoAmerica HONAS Superbike Series. And here we are. Lewis will take the BMW on track at Road America on Friday and will race it on Saturday and Sunday, and he aims to get the bike as near to the front as humanely possible. Carruthers and Bice chatted with Jake in the palatial suites above the front straight at Road America to get his thoughts going into the season opener.
