Clive then focused on all about conserving energy and decarbonizing our nation, particularly our homes. The UK Government has made a legal commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050. So should workers be trained in retrofitting and should homeowners retrofitting their homes ? Clive spoke to FMB's Scotland Director Gordon Nelson and Irish TV Builder Peter Finn.

Then Clive took a look at how vacancies in the construction industry have hit an all time high. According to the latest ONS figures, an average 49,000 jobs in the sector were unfilled between February and April. So how can we fill these vacancies?
