In today’s episode, I invite you to slow down and show gratitude for the people who've been showing up for you — the friend, coworker, or acquaintance who prays for you, listens to you, checks in, or just makes you laugh.
Reaffirming is about nurturing what’s already good. It’s a reminder that friendship doesn’t always need fixing or finding — sometimes it just needs watering.
Think of one current relationship that feels good and right. Then, do something to affirm that friendship today:
1. Send a voice note or text saying how much you appreciate her.
2. Write a short note or card.
3. Plan a coffee date, walk, or prayer call.
It doesn’t have to be fancy — it just has to be genuine.
A friendship reset isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress.
