In this podcast episode, I talk to my friend Rebekah Lyons about what it looks like to have a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. God is telling us that everything we have experienced in the past, whether that is depression, anxiety etc. is equipping is for what we were destined for.

The measure of trial you have endured is the measure of hope you will offer the world. We would not have empathy to minister or authority of His power if we don’t experience it ourselves. The message of freedom comes from knowing what it feels like to be in bondage. In the midst of the struggle, we can feel so lost but God wants us to watch what He can do through the struggle.
