I was going to be that mom that never yelled... you too??

 YUP, Ii get it. But then I had kids! And I had a two year old that pushed my buttons. She was very dramatic and emotional...you know being a two year old ...and that resulted in my yelling, complete mom rage, and then mom guilt. I would bury myself in my tears and my shame. I knew I had to find a new way....
