Is there anything good that comes out of getting mad, on the golf course, (or off the golf course for that matter)? I am firmly of the opinion that getting angry and upset is natural enough but allowing it to control our thoughts and actions is most definitely - going to mess us up.
We allways have a choice as to how we respond to upset - the secret is learning how to employ that choice to work for us and help us be our best.
