Alice Springs Town Council alderman, Michael Liddle, he has been advocating for a statue of King Charlie statue to be erected in Mparntwe to recognise Arrernte leadership. Michael updates The Big Brekky about the progress of this proposal, and also discusses contentions around the proposed site of the National Aboriginal Art Gallery.
