On this episode we speak to American Psychotherapist Ellen Groble who talks about her work dealing with mens health and her specialised work dealing with emotional expression and body image issues.

Ellen came to Ireland to study initially and now works at Lakeshore Therapy in Dublin where they work on finding people the skills and tools they need to tackle challenges and meet their goals.
