I happened to mention in last week's episode that my kids don't have a bedtime, and I got a lot of questions about it. Our life here tends to go against the grain of mainstream "normal" in a lot of ways, and let me tell you—it can be tough to go against the grain sometimes!

Today, we dig into some uncomfortable truths about the concept of "normal": what it actually means, how it serves us, how it trips us up, and how we're often unwilling to give other people the same acceptance for their "normal" that we demand for ours.
