When we have the thought "I want to lose weight faster" it can keep us from losing the weight we want.  When we live into this thought, it can create frustration, defeat and shame.  These emotions feel terrible.  Listen to today's episode as we unpack this thought and how it creates a cycle that keeps us from losing weight as quickly as we'd like.
