In this session I'm chatting with Chris Gray who is a property buyers agent and an expert property commentator, he runs the property show on Sky Business. He's been buying properties for three decades and his business, YourEmpire, based out of Sydney but across Australia helps people to buy properties and get a sweet deal but also to ultimately grow their assets through properties.

Chris is a bit of a contrarian investor, we talk about how he got his first Porsche in his 20s and retired by the age of 31 as well as how he has build a significant amount of assets personally in property and some of the tips that people can use to make sure that when you do buy property you do it the smart way, get a good deal and avoid some of the risks that entraps people from falling into.
