Liziana Carter, the visionary founder of Grow AI, embarked on her journey in 2019 with a clear mission: to provide humans with the extra support needed to achieve their goals. From 2016 to 2018, Liziana honed her skills by building chatbots for her own online businesses, gaining valuable insights and experience.

In 2019, she launched a chatbot agency, initially focusing on creating chatbots for local gyms and medspas. However, with the onset of COVID-19, Liziana quickly adapted her business model to cater to DTC/eCommerce businesses.

Liziana and her team developed a proprietary revenue tracking system for Facebook and Instagram DM chatbots, crafting a framework that guarantees measurable and predictable results for their online brand clients. Their innovative approach caught the eye of Meta, leading to invitations to participate in Meta's closed beta programs for Messenger and Instagram DM lists.

Today, Grow AI has expanded to a team of ten, experiencing rapid growth. Driven by Liziana's leadership and vision, they are on a mission to revolutionize how online brands monetize their social media, one conversation at a time.
