To complete our discussion of Carwyn Cellar's Furious 5 pack with Forward Hops we were super lucky to have Mark Osborne from Adroit Theory Brewing join us live from the US. Even though it was 5:30 am in the morning he was able to give us a tasting masterclass on the DJINN Imperial Stout that is part of the pack.

He was so generous with his time that we just had to spin this out into being its own episode as we learned not just about the highly innovative beers that Adroit Theory is renowned for, but about the whole story as Mark and his wife decided to leap into world of running a full scale brewery!
