Eating healthy and exercising are common New Year's resolutions. We start the year with good intentions and then, life gets busy and well, there’s no time for that, right? There is time. We must prioritize it in our life. I know changes are not easy, especially for those of us whose negative thoughts are standing in the way of following through – even if it’s on our to do list.
