So you want to declutter your home. And one of the top categories of items hogging up space in your home are sentimental items.

Items like...your kids baby clothes, family heirlooms, a collection of music tapes from your adolescence, clothes from 10 years ago...(Insert the item here). Perhaps you are decluttering a loved ones home and coming across handfuls of similar types of items.

You've tried to declutter these items before. But emotions gave way and you found a reason to hold on to them "just a little bit longer".

Clearly all these items are deeply tied to a person or a memory you aren't willing to part with.
