I'm excited to announce that we're looking to hire an Operations Assistant at Aligned Real Estate Partners! This is a critical role in our business, considering this individual will be responsible for executing new projects, creating business systems and processes, asset management, conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions, and spearheading back-end business operations.

This person will be working with me on a day-to-day basis and will have a behind-the-scenes view of how a PERE business operates. This is a foundational hire for our business... we need someone with demonstrated experience in the multifamily sector who is looking to help us build a company that can acquire/manage 3,000+ units in the next 5 years (and help 1,000 individuals co-invest in our opportunities).
