The guys try a Chi-town sour that isn't afraid to pop a little mint in there.

SOUTHSIDE RECIPE

• 2oz/60ml London Dry Gin
• 1oz/30ml Lemon Juice
• .5oz/15ml Simple Syrup
• 5-6 Mint Leaves
• a few drops Egg White (optional)

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If egg is used, shake vigorously. Garnish with mint sprigs.
