Today is my birthday,  and because of that, I want to talk about something that a lot of women deal with…

That heavy, hollow, painful feeling, when you feel you’ve been let down.

This is something I’ve struggled with my whole life, and something that still rears its ugly head for me.  

But I truly believe that my own personal struggle has meaning, because it has allowed me to work through it, and find solutions.. So that I can share them with you.

Perhaps you’ve hoped that someone would celebrate you.. And it didn’t happen.

Maybe you thought life would look a certain way at this point in your life — and it doesn’t.
