After last week’s episode on protein, I heard from so many of you asking about my favorite supplements,  and I love that, because it tells me we’re all tuning into what our bodies really need in this season.

In 2015, Heidi Totten embarked on a life-changing humanitarian trip to Kenya that opened her eyes to the challenges families faced in achieving self-reliance.

Heidi received the inspiration to create a foundation called, 100 Humanitarians.  She had no idea what was to come from this, but followed that inspiration and started a FB Group.

As she continued to ask the question, “How can I help?”  The answers came.
