Oils I like to use are (Top 3) - Lavender, Rosemary & Peppermint.
Blends I like to also use - Lavender and Geranium - Lemon, Tea Tree & Eucalyptus - Rosemary and Wild Orange or Neroli - Lavender and Ylang Ylang.
Dilution Ratios -
Essential oils must be used in moderation, please follow these general rules for use.
Base Oil (Almond, coconut etc) - 1 TBSP/15ml
Essential oil for general body massage - 7-8 drops & Base Oil
Essential oil for delicate skin (face) - 3 drops & Base Oil
Essential oil for topical use - 15 drops & Base Oil
Bathing (No base oil needed) - 5-10 drops
Diffuser/burner (Dilute with TBSP water)- 2-5 drops per TBSP
Inhaling (neat, on a tissue nearby) - 2-5 drops
