This episode is about the importance of the growth mindset. A growth mindset is necessary if you want to level up or grow as a person. Now this may seem obvious, but as I have learned not only through personal experience but also observation that most people's default mindset is one of scarcity or lack as opposed to growth or abundance. And as you can imagine if your default setting is that of scarcity or lack or even healing (as you will soon learn) then you are not only holding yourself back you are also holding back everyone around you.
