Kim Leonard, wife of famous grocer Stew Leonard, is a mother to four girls, but she shares the story of the loss of her toddler son to drowning in a pool on a family vacation. Shaken and overcome with guilt and grief, Kim and Stew eventually started a foundation, wrote a children’s book and a guide to help ensure no other family shared their tragic fate.
