William Bonvillian discusses "Workforce Education – A New Roadmap", a new book from MIT's Task Force on the Work of the Future. Bill is the Director of the MIT Office of Digital Learning and he leads major research projects on workforce education. He argues that we need to train more workers more quickly, and provides a roadmap for how we can rebuild America's working class by transforming workforce education and training.
